Happy New Year everyone. I did not want too much time to pass before I made my first post of 2009. I did not blog even half as much as I would have hoped in 2008; but will make every effort to do better this year. One thing I wish, is that I had written more about the trips that Angela and I took last year.

Her blog can be found here.

This will be the shortest entry I will have made this year but I will make it nonetheless for consistency. I was extremely busy this week trying to juggle multiple items. The themes of the first week of February were negotiations and endurance.
This entry is a summary of the outcome of things from the first month of 2009. I will include the general mood I felt from the start of the new year and fitness totals for the month. I want to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year.
What can I say about the 3rd week of 2009, well, um, TIRED. Being as tired as I was this week does not bold well for the rest of the year; but, to be fair, I can attribute a lot of the exhaustion to helping friends move in and set up furniture, work, exercise, and social outings.
